It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and a safe box. 🛏️ We provide towels, bed linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer. 🥂 Minibar service available (with supplement). 🚗 Private parking available (subject to availability) for an additional charge. House rules: In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date. Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment. No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise. Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not. On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested. ℹ️Important Information: Please note that full payment for the accommodation, tourist taxes, and security deposit must be completed prior to arrival. Additionally, it is mandatory to register all guests before check-in to the apartment.

This is a legal tourist flat. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia. Tourist tax is included in the price, there are no extra charges. MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE TAX WHEN COMPARING PRICE TO OTHER LISTINGS :) Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. The balcony overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.
