Fantastic stay. We met Matteo,who welcomed us like family. She showed us availability for everything ,very attentive to our needs. The house is very clean, welcoming, equipped with all amenities and is in a strategic location, connected by both buses and trains. Very quiet area and full of greenery. In short, a combination of great experiences. I recommend everyone stay here. You won't regret it.😊

First of all, I appreciated the promptness and friendliness in the communications we had with Francesca before arriving at the apartment. Check-in was arranged before arrival, slightly earlier than the scheduled time. Francesca was quick and friendly in explaining the rules and features of the house, also adding tips regarding bars/restaurants in the area. The stay was short, but sufficient to realize the strategic position in which the apartment is located: close to the airport and a few minutes from Bologna station, and therefore from the center. The apartment was well furnished, as shown in the photographs, clean and tidy. The only thing to note is that it is located near a railway, which, however, at night and with the windows closed, did not disturb us.

I recommend staying at Mrs. Laura's bed and breakfast for those looking for a very quiet place, with many comforts inside the small apartment. Mrs. Laura's availability and kindness, cleanliness and change of sheets/tablecloths were very much appreciated.
