Papenwohld is the home of the Papenwohld Artist Residency - a non-profit art project founded and run by the hosts. Everything from music festivals, yoga and horse workshops to concerts and art exhibitions have been celebrated here.

We offer you two apartments: Our 32 square meter "lütte Stuv" allows 2 people a quiet stay with a green outdoor area. The apartment is located together with our "grooten Stuv" (for 4 people) in a former farmhouse, which is an oasis of tranquility with its large garden. The apartment is on the 1st floor with separate entrance and has 1 living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms, a travel bed for toddlers, kitchen, shower bathroom and car parking space.

"HOF-LOGIS" in the old town

The small but fine apartment HOF-LOGIS accommodates two people right in the old town of Eckernförde. From there you are a minute's walk to the beach, harbor or directly in the city center, where the small shops of Eckernförde await you. If you travel by bike, you can store it safely and dry in the bike port directly at the apartment.

Just outside Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake.
