House is filled with original local art that is for sale. House has an upstairs suite, with a bathroom, a Queen bed and loft area with a pull out couch. You have a completely separate entrance with a private patio and yard to yourself.

It would be a good place to get away from all the distractions of life and write that novel that's been percolating in you head for so long, or you could just have another cup of coffee and watch the roadrunners.
