This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

our stay at staycation cottages in bakewell was lovely. the love nest Lodge was very quaint and well equipped. the bathroom was especially layed out nicely. I enjoyed the access to the football playing area, pool area and the swimming pool. we used the bbq area once and made full use of the boot room for leaflets and information for our stay would definitely return back

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

The house was absolutely incredible and excellent value for money. It was in stunning surroundings, the hot tub was amazing and the exclusive booking system for use of the pool was a lovely addition. The house was spotless and full of character and the private garden was also wonderful. The beds were really comfortable and there was just the right balance of charm, space and comfort. We definitely struck gold when booking this gem. Thanks so much for all of your support in making this a trip to remember!

Absolutely perfect from booking to checking out. Richard is an incredible host with everything you need. If you have kids, this is the place. Our 6 and 4 year old loved swimming multiple times, reading the kids library of books and playing with the many toys at the house. You can’t get any better than these hosts and this house.

Beautiful place to stay, just as described! Everything we needed was there, and so much space which was great as we were getting ready for my wedding. Rachael was great and helpful.

Fabulous visit with a large group of Family (4 generations). Garden space was amazing. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Enough equipment to cater for all ages even had plenty of cutlery and plates (less chance of breakages) for the younger children.

Excellent accommodation, had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay, place was spotless with a huge warm bath! Peaceful location with plenty of parking, perfect. Jayne couldn’t have been any more helpful or responsive, a true example of how an AirBnB host should be.

What a gorgeous, tranquil experience! We had the most peaceful stay at Woodside. The property is immaculate with great attention to detail. It's a real home from home - a very comfortable bed, a great selection of games, lovely houseplants dotted around, and stocked with everything you could need (the fans were especially handy given the hot weather!) The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, and the hot tub is a real treat, extra cosy with the fairy lights on! We really didn't want to leave and would very gladly spend more time here again. The perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and recharge! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

Great initial communication with Steven and throughout. he proactively got in touch shortly before the stay and we easily arranged the check-in time as he was going to meet me at the property. I was closer to the end of window I said I'd be, but he was ready and waiting at the property. Had a nice chat about my journey and plans for the weekend, learning a little of Stevens history also, before a quick house tour. The house is easily accessible and I was lucky with the parking, finding a roadside spot directly outside, did appear to be parking up and down the street also. The house was clean and tidy. Very well stocked kitchen though I didn't use any of the tea/coffee/jams though I didn't use any of them. Overall, felt like a comfortable stay, home from home. Only downside was the heat and lack of a fan though in this British weather a fan would likely just push the warm air around the house 🤣

A really ideal place to stay with simple but great facilities and careful thoughts to the details. Check in was easy and there is plenty of on street parking. The place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

As soon as we saw the Garden House we relaxed straight away, it is a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful scenery and birds. Isabel’s handbook had lots of information and great instructions to walk around the estate and meet the sheep. The welcome pack was superb! Thankyou! We slept so well with the bird song waking us. We did venture out but it was great to get back to the comfort of the Garden house. I met Isabel who is a wonderful lady. We do hope to be back again Mary and David

We had a lovely stay at Karl’s place for a week when in the area for work. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable, though for us ladies it’s worth noting that there isn’t mirrors in the bedrooms but there is a big one in the living room that I used for my make up.

Great location for a nearby family wedding Lovely place to stay, fully equipped and spotless. Village is great (went to the Royal Oak pub for drinks and food) walking through the village there were lots of other options but we didn’t have the time to try them Would recommend!

We enjoyed Lewis’ property immensely and felt totally relaxed and right at home from the moment we arrived. Lovely place from which to relax and explore the local towns, villages and countryside. Highly recommended.

Lovely and warm when we arrived. The sofas and beds were really comfy and nice to have a few bits in there that we could use especially the coffee as we forgot ours! Thank you!
