The guesthouse with the holiday lofts "Ostera" and "Westera" is located on the rural estate Sonnenhügel. In the former stable building, historical elements with contemporary design have been combined in a special way. Ostera shows the love for clear but warm simplicity, combined with a certain view of special details. We wanted to create a place where you can find balance and harmony everywhere. The crackling fireplace in the sleeping area creates special moments of togetherness.

Holidays in historic Büdnerei

This former apartment of the Büdner family is on the ground floor with a west terrace and gardens to the west and east. With its large number of rooms, it is ideal for families. We deliberately left the old room structure, but modernized the infrastructure and let light into the apartment. It is now bright and there are wonderful views of the beautifully landscaped garden. You have a large bathroom with bath and shower and underfloor heating and a small bathroom with shower.

Beach house between field & sea, NEW with sauna!

You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our newly renovated vacation home is located in the 1st row on the natural beach at Fehmarnsund with great views of the Baltic Sea and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. Enjoy the sea view from bed right after waking up and listen to the sound of the waves. A lovingly furnished open living/dining area offers everything your heart desires and from here you always have the Baltic Sea in view. Brand new now with its own sauna!

Haus Quitte - A house and garden with history for 8 adults and children. Travel back in time 250 years and let yourself be enchanted by an old thatched farmhouse, renovated to a high standard, surrounded by more than 8,000 m2 of paradisiacal garden with pool, pond and sauna. In the garden you will find many fruit trees to serve, special tree species, exotic roses and many cozy magical places to relax, linger, read and explore.

Wooden vacation home, favorite place with sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Vacation in the old bakery

The rustic Backhus is part of the Alte Museumshof and can accommodate up to 6 people on two floors. In the adjacent garden you can grill, play and enjoy the panoramic view at will. 2 bikes are provided free of charge. Upon request and availability, we are happy to provide you with other bicycles with which you can explore the area. The sights of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Coach house

This small, cozy holiday home is a quiet retreat in the middle of the small farmhouse for 2 - 5 people: On 40 square meters over two floors, the living room and bedroom, a small country house kitchen and a shower room extend over two floors. The terrace surrounds the house facing southwest, overlooking the paddock and the forest.

Open architecture, modern interior, cozy yet unobtrusive - this is our architectural house Meerling. Two spacious vacation homes (H and N) on 2 floors each (approx. 120 m²) with beautiful garden, sun terrace, fireplace, sauna and private parking including charging station for electric vehicles.

Centrally located on the Wagrien peninsula is our lovingly renovated thatched cottage from 1803. Nestled in the quiet countryside with magnificent views, the house is the perfect retreat. From here you can quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches on three sides!
