A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. Positioned on the edge of the Longleat Estate and between the historic cities of Bath, Salisbury and Wells we are a stones throw from great independent shops, pubs, galleries & award winning eateries. Ideally located to enjoy Longleat, walk the Gorge at Cheddar or take a trip to the coast.

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

'The Retreat' is a compact, Garden room in a quiet corner of Bath. Close to M4 and 5/10min drive to Center. En-suite with large shower. Free on-street parking. On bus route. Nestled in lovely scenery, the Cabin is compact and contains all mod cons you would want for a short and relaxing break in Bath. Advised for a 1-2 night stay and as a place to rest after sightseeing - not really as a daybreak.

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

NEW - Contemporary detached annex in Bath.

Contemporary annex on the lower slopes of Lansdown, Bath. This modern, light and nicely proportioned annex, is next to our home, but completely detached. It is a self-contained unit with a private entrance and private off-street parking. Located in Lansdown on the northern slopes of Bath we are only a 0.6mile / 12-minute walk to The Royal Crescent. Close to both Kingswood and The Royal High School.
