Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). We have completely renovated these two houses to make them our family and friendly lair. The beautiful Valentin beach is a 9-minute walk from the house, as are all the shops in Batz sur Mer. Lovers of the village of Batz, we chose to rent them when we are not staying there to share with you this little piece of heaven. We offer a bright one-story villa with a spa bath (bathroom) and sunny garden. The beaches, the wild coast, the supermarket, the harbor with shops and restaurants are within walking distance in 5 to 10 minutes. The wooden terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, teak table. The garden with fruit trees is completely enclosed and not overlooked. The lapping of the water in the goldfish pond contributes to the serenity of the garden. Beds are made upon arrival.

Fully equipped, it features an enclosed wooded garden and a south-facing terrace. From the house, walking tours along the wild coast and bike trails to discover the peninsula and its many beaches.
