Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Facing the sea, we will be happy to welcome you in our fully renovated apartment, located on the first floor in a small condominium (no elevator). In a bright space of about thirty sqm, you will find equipment like at home, with in addition, an ocean view! Access to customs trails is almost in front of the building. In less than a 10-minute walk, you can go to the village of Batz where you will find different shops.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
