We had a lovely stay in this stylish and well designed studio apartment. Maneki was very responsive and hospitable, leaving lots of food and drink for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s in a brilliant spot, near the harbour and some great restaurants.

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

we had a pleasant stay at the foot of the beach. Several other beaches are within walking distance. One of the big advantages is a large bay window overlooking a beautiful shaded terrace, which is very pleasant in the event of high heat. Well located, 2 steps from essential shops. We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is closed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path begins at the bottom of the garden. Patrick is a particularly friendly and accommodating host. To be repeated, in the meantime I recommend it without any problem.

The accommodation is great for anyone who wants to spend a quiet holiday in Brittany. The house is clean and furnished with everything you need, very modern. A car or bicycle is an advantage to reach shopping facilities and restaurants. Contact with Odile was possible both in advance and on site without any problems. Odile also takes special requests into account and fulfills them whenever possible. All in all a great accommodation - we will be happy to come back:o)

As a couple, we benefited from the accommodation during a stay in Brittany. The accommodation is stylishly decorated and its location allows you to reach the key points of the region. We followed Gaëlle's advice and were not disappointed by the restaurant mentioned in her guide. The coast is quickly reached 15-20 min for surfing on different spots. I would highly recommend this listing.

Great location close to the sea and ideal for a family! The hosts are welcoming and always give good advice. We highly recommend it because of the access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot plus the bike path.
