Es liegt in einem ruhigen zentralen Stadtteil von Kassel, man braucht nur 5 Minuten in die Karlsaue und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt um die Ecke zu erreichen (3 Haltestellen zum Friedrichsplatz & Friedericianum). Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Kassel braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das moderne Bad hat eine große Dusche.

We are renting out an idyllically located holiday home in Kassel's prettiest district Bad Wilhelmshöhe. While centrally located near both public transport stations as well as Europe’s largest hill park "Bergpark", it's still amazingly quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance as are fields and meadows that will make you forget you're actually in a city. We offer two separate sleeping areas, a well-equipped kitchen as well as living room and space for working.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. On foot in 10-12 minutes to the main train station and in 15-20 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 250 m to the bus stop, 350 m to the nearest EDEKA and Lidl. The apartment is rented and prepared for one person as standard. If you want to come as a couple, please also book for 2 people. Animals are not (!) allowed in the apartment. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is not (!) barrier-free.

The location is an ideal starting point for visiting Kassel with its museums, parks, the Documenta and the fairs, but also to the half-timbered town of Melsungen, Lake Edersee or the animal parks in Knüllwald or Sababurg. From here you can take wonderful hikes in fantastic scenery. Whether as a romantic or simply cozy stay as a couple, with friends or with the family, this is the right accommodation on a beautiful farm complex with an idyllic garden.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and thus also Kassel can be reached quickly (about 20 minutes). We are right on site and are available for more tips and help. We look forward to seeing you!

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
