Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

A 3rd floor apartment at the top of a Victorian home just off the corner of Centennial Park. A short walk to everything downtown. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Unique beautiful downtown loft overlooking 8th street shops and restaurants. Incredible space with 2 master bedrooms plus twin bed studio area. Full kitchen, dining area, seating areas, TV/ bar room, fireplace, library, and private roof top deck with hot tub and grill complete this one-of-a-kind home. Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Patty's place was easy to find, clean and bright, and had a comfortable bed! The plug-in outlets near the bed was easy to reach and we loved the aesthetic of this quiet Airbnb. Zeeland was a convenient place to stay for outings to Holland, Grand Haven, and Grand Rapids. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This little spot is great for spending time in the Social District of Holland. Great Communication, Solid Stay Overall Our host was fantastic with communication throughout our stay - quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The space matched the photos and description, so no surprises there. The location worked well for our plans, and check-in was smooth. While the place showed some wear and tear that you might not expect at the price point, it was perfectly fine. One small note: the TV required connecting (and re-connecting) your phone for internet access to use streaming services, which was a bit inconvenient in 2025. Would definitely consider staying again... The host's responsiveness really made the experience pleasant, even when we had a couple minor questions during our stay. Thanks for hosting us!

My friends and I have a great experience renting Eric's apartment in conjunction with weekend getaway to Lake Michigan. Eric was friendly, helpful and communicative; very clear directions made access to the apartment extremely easy; the apartment was spotless, roomy, comfortable and aligned with the photos in the listing; and the location was very convenient to all of the activities that we had planned on Holland, Saugatuck and Douglas. As I and one of my friends are both veterans, we took advantage of discount for service members which was *very much* appreciated. Highly recommend booking a stay with Eric! For other travelers, I highly recommend dinner at the Southerner, booking a sail w Sailing Saugatuck and exploring Saugatuck Dunes State Park

Perfect private cabin in the woods. It is far enough from downtown Saugatuck to avoid traffic but close enough that we could easily run back to relieve the dog when needed. About 7 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. There were so many amenities we didn't get to use (ran out of time), but were super nice to see like the fire pit and the sauna. It is super private and very well hidden. Maybe too well hidden. My only gripe regarding our stay was the initial finding of the driveway LOL. It looks more like a trail and it is RIGHT after the guardrail nearby. But hey, you can guarantee no one will stumble upon your private stay. The interior of this studio cabin was gorgeous and super clean. Overall, we ran out of time to explore all of Saugatuck and we will definitely be using this place again the next time we visit.
