We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Complete your discovery of the Côtes d'Armor by strolling along the water. The accommodation is ideally located for hikers on foot and by bike, close to the GR34, the Léguer, the Kerfons Chapel and the Kergrist & Tonquédec Castles. We are close to Lannion (TGV, towpath, beaches of Beg Léguer...), Perros-Guirec, Trégastel... Ploubezre has a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy... Everything is in place for a simple, pleasant and accessible stay.

Adjacent to our house located in a subdivision, it is nevertheless totally independent due to the configuration of the premises. Linens and duvets are provided, as well as towels. It is located 4.5 km from Beg-Leguer beach, 3.5 km from the city and about ten km from the Pink Granite Coast.
