Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

Mrunalinee was a great host, she was always there to help us around for all our needs and proactive in communication. The place was as shown in the photos/descriptions, with all the required amenities to feel at home. A nice and cosy home in a peaceful residential lane with easy access to core of the city.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Dsa Monteiro. Our hosts were very warm, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our weekend was very memorable. The home cooked food was amazing, as was the place overall. We would definitely highly recommend this home to anybody who is looking for a special way to spend a weekend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully maintained house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The property was spotless, well-organised. Everything—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the well-functioning appliances—spoke volumes about the owner’s dedication to upkeep. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the owner, who was incredibly humble, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whether it was providing local recommendations or making sure we had everything we needed, their kindness and genuine hospitality truly made us feel at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of a great property and a gracious host.

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is centrally located and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and well-maintained. A sunrise and sunset point is just a 2-minute walk away, making for a perfect start and end to the day. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful. We also enjoyed the tea and breakfast (available at a small extra cost), which was delicious. Highly recommend!

Apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and modern decor. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Here's a review for your Airbnb stay in Goa, Dabolim: We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable studio in Dabolim, Goa. The location is perfect, with easy access by car to all major areas in Goa. The studio itself was well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality of Avneesh, who went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, and we would highly recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and cozy stay in Goa.

the host was very professional, prompt and responsive. the caretakers - Aman and his wife were committed and genuine. They even replaced the gas cylinder with their own to ensure there was no disruption. I think more than the place, it is the people that bring the airbnb proposition to life. And my strong suggestion is to pick the place basis review of the people than the place itself. the place can be fixed is the people are good. And in this instance, the host and his caretakers were kind and nice. so it all turned out well. i am local goan - and my advice is that the general goan population has no idea of what international tourists expect from a service perspective. So avoid hosts who are goans - save for my hosts who i think are local but yet international in their kindness :)

Eventhough we got few hours to stay we loved the place. Perfect location. Calm and quiet place. Very clean apartment. View form balcony is so beautiful. Good residential area. Will definitely come back

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Awesome experience flat was neat and clean on arrival host really helped us out to make a smooth checkin, we stayed for 7 days and no disturbance was from the owner. Apartment is a bit far from main city, but you can always use GoaMiles app for travel by cab. There are some real network issues in the apartment but nevermind until and unless you plan to move permanent. WiFi will come to your rescue..!! You can always order from swiggy for food. Grocery and liquor shops are just walking distance. Stay was value for money.

We stayed at Coral BNB in Dabolim, which is conveniently located very close to the Dabolim Airport. The property matched the photos and description, and everything was as expected in terms of cleanliness and amenities. That said, the location felt quite removed from the typical Goa experience. It's quite far from the popular North and South Goa beaches, so if you're hoping to explore those areas, keep in mind that travel time can be significant. Dining options and vehicle rentals nearby were also limited. options However, if you're looking for a quiet, remote spot to simply relax and unwind away from the crowds, this place might be just what you need.

Had a lovely stay at Lokesh's place. It's very conveniently located quite near BITS Pilani Goa campus and if you need to visit the campus this is the perfect place to stay. Lokesh is a very helpful and friendly host and helped in organising my pickup from the airport and though my flight was delayed by more than two hours, his local taxi partner was waiting and also helped to check-in even though it was late at night. The place itself is exactly as shown in the pictures and is a great studio for short/ long stays. While I didn't try it, you can also avail of basic breakfast which he organises. I hired a scooter through Lokesh and it was very convenient to travel across Goa. The location itself is very scenic and peaceful with a nice view but you will need transport to move around as always in Goa. All in all an excellent stay and totally value for money and I highly recommend it.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

It’s a great place to live to holiday place, Everest in Goa

The stay was good for 2 days but on third day it was power cut for 4 hours we faced problem .there was humidity when opened window mosquito were a lot.the phone network was weak too.the owner should have power backup in the flat its not a big thing.the host was good and responsive .the apartment was good and secured
