Great place to stay and pet friendly! Miriam greeted us and showed us around which was very nice. I would recommend this place.

We stayed at Dario's place during the Emilia-Romagna round of the WSBK. Perfect stay! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. Check-in was easy and the host Dario was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! In two couples we spent 5 nights in the apartment on the 1st floor. We had a great time, Maria is well organized, she offers assistance both on arrival and during the stay. We occupied the two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a comfortable terrace, air conditioners, well-equipped kitchen. The location is very good, close to the historic center and you can't hear any noise from the train or car traffic. To be recommended.

The owner Fabio is very kind, very helpful(he also recommended some nice places to have lunch and dinner) and left me his number just in case. The house is super cozy, very clean, tidy and very spacious with a large balcony and a wonderful sea view. It has everything you need for a nice vacation in a nice place by the sea like Cesenatico. Highly recommended

We are a family of five who spent a pleasant two-day stay in Ravenna, being able to visit it with care and serenity. The apartment was very clean and really comfortable in all its aspects. The location requires about a 20-minute walk to reach the historic center, with a first short stretch through uninteresting streets but then you quickly enter the heart of beautiful Ravenna.

Quiet area, a little far from downtown, but easily reachable with the metromare. Comfortable apartment for 2 people, in 3 people a little tight but for a few days it fits quietly. Equipped with everything you need and Emiliano is very helpful.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful neighborhood for a vacation. The villa looks much better than the photos. No communication issues between Marco. A huge garden with a large gazebo and a large backlit pool - in the evening you can sit outside and spend time in a larger group. A big plus is to provide a wallbox for charging an electric car (with a built-in TYPE 2 cable), in general there are problems with low voltage in the electricity network, but without a larger combination you can handle it (there have been drops up to 170V, overall it maintains about 200V - it's possible that in Italy it just is). I would highly recommend it to everyone! Preferably for teams in a larger group! The cabin can do it!

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Beautiful home, lovingly renovated and oh so clean. Situated right in the middle of town, all attractions are within walking distance. Oriano met us at the car park and directed us to his house where he showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. He gave us a map of Urbino complete with nearby restaurant recommendations. We loved exploring the old, winding streets but it was wonderful to come back and relax in the beautiful little garden with the stunning views. Thank you Oriano and Rosanna for allowing us to stay in your peaceful home.

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. Carlo and Novella are very kind hosts, with whom they can have great conversations! Thank you so much for the local tips, too. Breakfast is great too! Definitely recommend.

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

Davide's place is very nice and matches the photos and descriptions. It is very generous and spacious as well as tastefully decorated. Parking on the premises is also a plus. The location is perfect, so you can be at the beautiful beach and good restaurants in a few minutes. Ceriva is also very nice. You can visit many interesting cities and Davide is very nice and helpful. We would come back.

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

A wonderful stay – thank you, Veronica! We were able to spend a few great days in Veronica's accommodation and are absolutely thrilled. She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is close to shops so it is very convenient. There is always a place to park, it is a luxury. After the visits, we can go to the beach very quickly. Our host is always available and at our disposal to answer questions. No difficulty entering the apartment, everything is simple thanks to his explanations. It's clean and spacious. For a short stay in Ravenna, you can rent with your eyes closed. We are very happy.

Stayed in the apartment with me, my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment was perfect. Great location, easy walk to Ravenna sites and train station . Good restaurants also within walking distance. Antonio and Monica were so helpful, met us on arrival and had many helpful suggestions Highly recommend

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

We stayed at the farm in the central week of August and everything was perfect. In the apartment there is everything, the space outside is huge , very well-kept. There are also the animals that keep so much company, our 2 and a half year old son appreciated it very much, and we with him! We've never been bored Last night we had dinner there , all homemade and very good. You can tell that things are done here with passion . A thank you to Mrs. Lorena who gave us a ride on the tractor and also to Mr. Filiberto who we helped "potare" (..) :) !!! I hope to go back to my parents soon too because they would love it too!
