Positive experience. Apartment matches the photos and is in order. The host was available and clear in explaining the check-in. The apartment is in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the sea and a supermarket, and in 5 minutes on foot you are in the center!

Maurizio is a really rare person nowadays, welcoming, kind and very available for every need. She welcomed me into the apartment with a very welcome local gift. Thank you. Tidy and clean apartment, modernly renovated and equipped with all the comforts. Also great for families with small children. In fact, the apartment is also provided on request with a high chair, changing table and baby bath tub. (All new). Indispensable for those who, like me, travel with a newborn. The beach is very close, in fact during my stay I did not need to take the car. The owner Linda was super kind, helpful and welcoming, always ready to respond to our needs. Highly recommended

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, underfloor heating, large and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. Beautiful place to stay, we felt right at home. Stefano was always available, even quickly when we needed help. The accommodation offers everything you need and even more. It is superbly equipped. You feel right at home!! The accommodation is very central, you can get everywhere on foot. We liked it very much and were grateful to have Stefano as a host! Gladly again!!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We were very satisfied with the apartment and especially the location of the apartment. 5 minutes from the beach, free parking nearby, otherwise few minutes away parking for 2 euros a day. The apartment is located to the main street with great food options, but still a little private because it is located in a kind of backyard. Alessandro was easily accessible and was able to give good recommendations, check in and check out totally easy with code. Everything you need for your vacation. The only thing to note is that the Wi-Fi signal is weak because you share it and you can't operate several household appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine and stove).

New and really nice apartment. I also found the house very clean and tidy. The location is great, 2 minutes on foot from the sea , but at the same time very quiet area. Very kind host and very helpful in satisfying my requests (I was traveling with 2 children, and he left me a lot of freedom at check-in and check-out). We'll definitely be back.

We went to see in Rally de San Marino, the apartment is cuco, 5 easy enter (we were 3) has a terrace bigger than the apartment itself!! The landlady is very helpful and kind! We understood each other well with her and recommended several places around the area for lunch and dinner. Under the apartment there is a bar that you squeeze some capuccinos with pastries for 3.50 👌🏻 You have the beach at 10 meters and the sea at 25

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Even though it doesn't have an elevator, we didn't struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the promenade and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again!
