Esperienza positiva. Appartamento corrispondente alle foto e in ordine. host disponibile e chiaro nella spiegazione del check in. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal mare e da un supermercato e in 5 minuti a piedi si è in centro!

Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Appartamento ordinato e pulito, modernamente ristrutturato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli. L'appartamento infatti è fornito a richiesta anche di seggiolino, fasciatoio e vaschetta per il bagnetto del bimbo. (Tutti nuovi). Indispensabili per chi come me viaggia con un neonato. Spiaggia vicinissima, infatti durante il mio soggiorno non ho avuto bisogno di prendere l'auto. La proprietaria Linda è stata super gentile, disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo

Wonderful stay! The apartment was just as described: very clean, and in a central location within walking distance to everything. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Kevin was super responsive and flexible, even letting us check out later. Highly recommended!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

Bellissima villetta con Jacuzzi, esperienza magnifica, pulita, ordinata, arredata con gusto, riscaldamento a pavimento, doccia larghe e lussuose, cucina impeccabile, letti comodi e pulitissimi. In poche parole perfetto. L'host Francesca ci ha ricevuti di persona, sempre disponibile e amichevole. questo alloggio lo consiglio vivamente, 5 stelle su 5.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Stefano war immer zu erreichen, auch schnell da wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt und sogar mehr. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl !! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und waren Dankbar Stefano als Gastgeber gehabt zu haben! Gerne wieder !!

Siamo stati molto bene! Steven è un host eccezionale , molto disponibile, gentile e flessibile. La casa è stupenda in una posizione centralissima ma comunque in una zona riparta. Ha tutto di cui uno ha bisogno anche di più. Ci torneremo volentieri! Grazie mille

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Appartamento nuovo e veramente bello. Inoltre ho trovato la casa molto pulita ed ordinata. La posizione è ottima, 2 minuti a piedi dal mare , ma al tempo stesso zona molto tranquilla. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile nel accontentare le mie richieste ( viaggiavo con 2 bambini, e mi ha lasciato molta libertà nel check in e check out ). Torneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento di Franca e Roberto, pulitissimo e ordinato con tutto il necessario per una vacanza. Posto auto privato e posizione comoda a due passi dal mare. Consigliato.

Fuimos a ver en Rally de San Marino, el piso es cuco, entran 5 fácil (éramos 3) tiene una terraza mas grande que el propio piso!! La casera es muy atenta y amable! nos entendimos bien con ella y nos recomendó varios sitios por la zona para comer y cenar. Debajo del piso hay un bar que te aprietas unos capuccinos con bollería por 3,50 👌🏻 Tienes la playa a 10 metros y el mar a 25

Ho trascorso qualche giorno da Eleonora, con il mio compagno e la mia nipotina di 9 anni. In casa c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno: l'appartamento era pulito e molto luminoso, ben arieggiato ed equipaggiato. Anche se non provvisto di ascensore, non abbiamo faticato a spostarci agevolmente. Le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte appieno. Il quartiere era tranquillo, ma allo stesso tempo molto vicino al lungomare e a vari locali. Eleonora è stata disponibile ed accogliente e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avremmo potuto avere bisogno. Personalmente lo consiglio a famiglie, ma anche a coppie che cercano svago e relax. Marina da Padova.

Het verblijf is goed verlopen met hele fijne communicatie. Het appartement is mooi en schoon en zou het zeker mensen aanraden!

Appartamento accogliente e ben curato, situato in una zona tranquilla ma vicina al mare e ai principali servizi. Gli spazi sono luminosi e puliti, perfetti per una vacanza rilassante. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca comfort e comodità a Rimini!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich, äusserst freundlich und flexibel. Die Unterkunft wurde sehr sauber übergeben und hat eine sehr gute Lage. Der Urlaub wurde durch die Wohnung aufgewertet.

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again!
