Logement simple mais confortable, situé à 10 min à pieds de l'embarcadère (environ 200m de la citadelle) et à 3min à pieds des bus desservants toute l'île, idéal pour les randonnées. Parking, jardin et buanderie partagés et accessibles (lessives ok et stockage des valises si besoin).

My second home consists of a bright living room, two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom. Every detail has been carefully thought out, not with a rental logic, but for my personal well-being. Here, you can hear the birds, the wind in the pines… and sometimes, in the distance, the gentle murmur of the sea. Ideal for calm and careful guests. I'll lend you my bikes if you need them. It is not suitable for parties or lively stays. Non-intrusive semi-detached house.

The appendix

The Annex, like an auxiliary ship's boat, is a small part of my house. It is a new and very well-equipped accommodation. Small is beautiful could be its motto. It has on the ground floor, a bright living room with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 2 small "boat cabin" bedrooms. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside, and the north-facing garden allows you to enjoy the morning sun surrounded by flowers in season.

A nice place to recharge and get away from it all!
