Nous sommes ravis de vous offrir l'opportunité de séjourner dans notre maison avec son intérieur entièrement rénové et idéalement située face à la mer. Son jardin de 1700m² bordé par la mer, permet d'accéder directement à une petite plage isolée avec la possibilité de se baigner à marée haute, autrement la baignade est surveillée sur la plage de Kervegan.

Entièrement rénovée, vous apprécierez sa grande pièce à vivre ouvrant sur le jardin donnant sur l'océan. Vous profiterez de ses 4 belles chambres décorées avec goût et de ses 3 salles d'eau. Les cuisiniers seront à leur aise dans la cuisine toute équipée (+BBQ/plancha en extérieur). Avec votre propre accès au chemin côtier, vous pourrez profiter de la petite plage à 100m en contrebas. Independent 20 m2 studio with terrace and garden

Studio indépendant de 20m2 avec terrasse (en partie partagée) faisant parti de notre maison principale, datant des années 1920 et récemment rénovée (construite par la couturière de Sarah Bernhardt). Logement simple mais confortable, situé à 10 min à pieds de l'embarcadère (environ 200m de la citadelle) et à 3min à pieds des bus desservants toute l'île, idéal pour les randonnées. Parking, jardin et buanderie partagés et accessibles (lessives ok et stockage des valises si besoin).

The appendix

The Annex, like an auxiliary ship's boat, is a small part of my house. It is a new and very well-equipped accommodation. Small is beautiful could be its motto. It has on the ground floor, a bright living room with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and upstairs 2 small "boat cabin" bedrooms. The south-facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside, and the north-facing garden allows you to enjoy the morning sun surrounded by flowers in season.

Discover the charm of the South of Morbihan and unpack your bags for a stay in this bright cottage! Located on Erdeven, at the foot of the largest dune site in Brittany and a sandy beach!! A nice place to recharge and get away from it all! Ideally located for water activities (kite, surf, sand yachting...), direct access to hiking trails and bike paths, to visit the area (Quiberon peninsula, Morbihan golf course, Etel estuary...) and its megaliths!

Hello and welcome aboard this lovely attic studio, perched on the top floor of this beautiful 1939 "Ti Melen" Carnac house. Ideally located between beaches and megaliths. Once you're settled in, its theme will let your imagination run wild, extending your experience of our beautiful country. We'll be happy to share our favorites (restaurants, shops, walks…). Très central, à 10 minutes en voiture de la Trinité, de Locmariaquer et d'Auray, à 15 min de Carnac et à 3 minutes en voiture du bourg de Crac'h et de ses commerces. Studio de 23 m2 entièrement équipé et indépendant, avec jardin. Très bon wifi.

La Villa du Pressoir, beautiful Breton farmhouse

Beautiful Breton farmhouse renovated in 2022 a short walk to the Ria d'Étel, in a quiet hamlet in Belz. 5 min from the beach, the Ria d'Etel and shops. Billiards, foosball, petanque, brazier and fireplace (wood not included). The house accommodates 10 people in main beds, with 2 extra beds for children/teens, up to 12 guests. Close to coastal trails, Saint-Cado, beaches and typical villages. Also 20 min from Quiberon and Carnac.
