We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orte. Arturo was an excellent host - flexible, helpful and great, responsive communicator. Old towns are not always easy to navigate or access, but he made it easy for us with clear instructions and local advice for the train, bus, parking, etc. The apartment was charming and comfortable and the town itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning locations and an amazing place to stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

What an incredible stay! As soon as we arrived we knew Marcello’s place was perfect. Spacious, clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Marcello is a host with passion for guest experience. He was prompt with clear communication, and accommodating with our stay. Marcello’s place is the perfect escape from the city, surrounded by nature and provides a homey feel. The pool was a much enjoyed additional on a hot afternoon. Great for couples or families. We hope to plan another trip back!

Charming, clean and well-kept farmhouse in the green heart of Umbria; vast and well-kept outdoor spaces with a beautiful swimming pool, barbecue, and lawn overlooking Otricoli. We went with a group of friends, there were 13 of us and we had a wonderful time, equipped kitchen, spacious and multiple rooms: we were together but we had plenty of room to maneuver and a wide choice of where to set up meals between inside, outside, under the trees or in front of the patio. This place gave us a wonderful weekend in every way.
