We, Carlotta & Paul, have completely renovated our small bakery from 1816 in the past two years with natural and sustainable building materials. The furniture and the kitchen are also planned with a lot of love and built in our workshop. Almost all of the staircases typical of the area in the Lüneburg Heath are protected as historical monuments. This one was allowed to be transferred and found its new home in Bispingen a few years ago with a completely new interior.
