Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Chalet Balu

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

The house is located in a great location on the outskirts of the village on the famous ALBULA railway line and is easily accessible by train. In a wild, romantic, intact landscape, impressive village image in the Engadine style, versatile options for schools, youth camps and families. After an eventful day in the mountains, sit back and relax with magnificent lake and mountain views. This 3.5 room apartment is located directly on the shores of Lake Walen. The apartment is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. There is an open kitchen, living area and 2 spacious bedrooms. The offer is rounded off with a hot tub and a private sauna in the apartment. The cable car to the Flumserberge can be reached in a 5-minute walk.

In the recently renovated detached house with old charm but modern furnishings, you can feel comfortable at any time of the year. The pool offers the possibility to refresh yourself in warmer months. In winter, you are only 30 minutes away from two different ski resorts and the fireplace provides cozy warmth in the dining area and living room. In spring and autumn you can go hiking in the nearby mountains.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The apartment is ideal for families with children, whether big or small, or for people with disabilities, as it is very spacious and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace invites you to the back for a cozy dinner or just go down a bit. The playground, pump track, and ice rink are all within a 3-minute walk. An outdoor swimming pool is right in the neighboring village.
