We have stayed here 3 times now. Anthony is one of the most responsive hosts I have communicated with. We love the location as it is right in Jackson, very close to all the outdoor activities in the area as well as North Conway. The apartment is clean, has everything you need and good space. It is always a treat to stay here and we look forward to going again.

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This place is a great stay even in spring, very clean, nice quiet location moreover having everything that was needed for me as a solo traveler. I had to leave a bit on short notice earlier than scheduled due to work and that involved a conversation but we had it all sorted in the end. Will return to this place if roads would bring me back that way.

Bright open space in a peaceful, safe location. Felt at home. Teens enjoyed the pool area and rec room/pool tables. Condos are a little dated but are well cared for and tastefully decorated. This unit had an updated kitchen along with a well appreciated washer/dryer. Host was extremely responsive and gave clear, accurate directions and provided helpful tips. Checkout/departure was a breeze. Would stay again if in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

Absolutely awesome location! 1:00 PM check-in was great. We were able to drop our stuff off and walk a quick 5 minutes into town. Joseph was a very proactive and friendly host. We will definitely stay here again.

Todd’s place was a hidden gem! I’m not usually picky, but this Airbnb truly exceeded my expectations. The space had everything we needed— a pool table, a smart TV loaded with all the streaming apps, stylish décor, and an amazing rainfall shower. It even cost less than some of the motels nearby! Everything in the area is within a short drive, and the home itself has a cozy, “feels like home” vibe that made it the perfect place to return to after a day out. Todd was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great recommendations and local tips. I’ll definitely be coming back to Gorham, and this will be the first place I check for availability. This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

George and Casey were responsive, helpful and welcoming. We loved this house! It had more than expected amenities and very clean. The property is so peaceful, just a lovely spot. Highly recommend!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

Great long weekend stay! Location perfect for trail/gravel biking, hiking, waterfall searching, and fly fishing! Perfect for 2…..great views to Doublehead and black mts. Accommodations were perfect. Kitchen stocked with essentials, large bathroom w separate jet tub…..and adequate hot water capacity to run it. Recommend highly.

We had a great stay here for a quiet weekend away. It was perfect for what we needed and was within walking distance to some delicious places to eat & shop! The room was clean and very nicely decorated. Thanks for a great stay

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at Becky’s place and we will definitely be back. Everything was just as described. Check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures.

It was an extremely excellent stay, my fiancé and I absolutely adored Susan’s place! Thank you so much for having us we will definitely be back again with future plans, we felt our stay was way too short we want to try to come again longer there’s so much to do locally around the area! It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.
