Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

In this rural idyll with modern comfort, you can experience special natural moments. Far away from the hustle and bustle, but in the vicinity of popular highlights of the region (Baltic Sea, water sports, culture, shopping, etc.), you can enjoy a unique day at our stud farm. The family's horse breeding tradition is centuries old. Feel free to bring your horse and enjoy lessons up to the highest class - or just enjoy the remarkable East Holstein hills.

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

We offer you a beautiful vacation home in a quiet location, about 8 km away from the Baltic Sea resort of Grömitz. Both bedrooms have their own outdoor access. The house can accommodate a total of 6 people. Our covered grill terrace can also be used. Would you like to bring a pet? Then we ask you to consult with us in advance. Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

Country garden near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Our cozy apartment is ideal for a trip to Ostholstein. The 2-room apartment is situated in a quiet location in Lensahn. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The Baltic Sea is only about 12 km away. The bedroom has a double bed with a width of 1.40 m. In the living room there is a large lounge sofa with a sleeping function for 2 people. A baby bed/crib can also be provided upon request.

Vacation home on Lensahnerhof

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you will always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to our horse pasture.

We warmly welcome you to the Sonnenloft near Grömitz! How about breakfast on the large sun terrace or just relaxing in the countryside? In 3 km you are on the beach and can reach numerous restaurants on the promenade. The Sonnenloft was newly expanded by Helge by hand until April 2023 and is now waiting for you!

Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.
