Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Manfredi was the best host possible! We truly enjoyed every second with our family. At first the location was difficult to find, but thanks to his excellent and rapid responses we could find the house easily! The house is even more beautiful in person, the photos don’t do justice to the sheer beauty of the property and the surroundings. A must visit when in the region! Andrea’s place was absolutely beautiful! As soon as you step into the house you felt like it was your home away from home. The wrap around porch was amazing to sit out with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Andrea sent a wonderful PDF with great information and he was very responsive. The house is a short walk from the cute and quaint medieval town. There is a bus that can take you into the newer part of the town, but we never saw the bus. So you might to double check the schedule. I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to visit it again for a longer period of time. Thank you for letting my family and I stay in your home.

Our stay was amazing! The house is beyond beautiful and the view is beautiful. The house was great for a group of 9 people. (We didn’t realize there were no bed linens and towels included, so take that with you.) Communication was great! We will defiantly come back!

Stunning location high up over the lake, beautiful views from the balcony, and the most peaceful and private place I have stayed. The villa has a rustic feel and is well equipped with everything you could need, but the outstanding features are the fabulous pool and picturesque garden, full of butterflies and bees! We would love to come back!

The house and surroundings are beautiful and very private. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. Pia and Teresa were very responsive and helpful. We had a great 3-generation family stay and everybody from teenagers to grandparents enjoyed it a lot. We loved it and we hope to be back! Thank you!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

Family weekends that turned out to be extraordinary. The farmhouse is equipped with all the necessities. Wide indoor and outdoor spaces. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful and Rachel was a wonderful host. She was super responsive, met all of our needs, and even made us a last-minute, 13 person reservation at a local restaurant (it was a hit). Highly recommend this place.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

We chose Il Sole del Sodo because it had 6 en-suite rooms, a pool, was close to a town and a train station and had a well- regarded host who could provide extras like breakfast, dinners, cooking classes and olive oil tastings e.g. Claudia! While rustic, the villa’s charm and peaceful spaces draw you right in and Claudia’s hospitality is unsurpassed. The villa fronts to the road to Cortona and backs to a field of sunflowers. Our family and friends dined on the private patio and found a back way to walk up to Cortona for exercise. A unique and wonderful experience!

It was 3 really pleasant days, the setting was splendid and Gloria's farmhouse is really well kept and enhanced! Gloria was extremely kind and helpful from start to finish.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We spent four days in this magical Umbro-Toscano-style structure, which comfortably accommodated three couples of friends in large, elegant and functional rooms equipped with all the comforts. The spacious dining room and adjacent kitchen allowed us to experience breakfasts and dinners together. The outdoor patio allows you to admire the scenery around at any hour of the day. The outdoor cooking area was very appreciated, equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning stone oven that allowed us to enjoy an evening grill. A vacation that for each of us, no one excluded, has taken on an unexpected added value for the beauty and comfort of this structure, harmoniously inserted in the Umbrian hilly landscape. A heartfelt thank you from all of us to Daniele Rossi who hosted us, for his extreme kindness, availability and discretion, allowing us four days of true relaxation.

From a warm welcome with cut meat, bread and cheeses, Maria Pia could not have been more helpful. She suggested some local restaurants and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Villa Giara is in a spectacular hillside location looking out across the plain to Lake Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago. The picturesque villages of Paciano and Panicale are only a couple of minutes drive away. Both have cafes, bars and restaurants. The grounds surrounding the villa are kept immaculately, flowers adding a splash of colour and the trees providing shady areas if needed. The pool has a paved surround with seating and loungers and the view from here is superb as are the sunsets. We would unreservedly recommend a stay at Villa Giara. And Maria Pia is a fantastic host, she went the extra mile to make our stay an unforgettable one.

Well, what can we say to sum up this perfect holiday?! Not only is Maria a wonderful, enigmatic host, the house itself is amazing, and full of character and charm. The beautiful surrounding olive groves and picturesque Italian towns are on your doorstep and there is a swimming pool and table tennis at your disposal. I don’t want to say too much more because I want to keep it as our secret! Grazie, Maria, we will be back!

We had a great time at Luisa's house which is even more beautiful than in the photos. Luisa was more than responsive when we asked her for things. The pool is sensational and the calm of the surroundings is great for relaxing. The wifi is a little weak but nothing serious because the important thing is to appreciate the amenities of the house.

What made the experience even more memorable was her recommendation to try her father’s amazing Roman cuisine, perfectly paired with local wines. It was an unforgettable meal and a true highlight of our trip. The farmhouse itself is beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany. We had an amazing experience at Enrico and Alessandra's loft. Exceptional hosts: friendly, friendly, proactive and always available. They made our stay really enjoyable with their friendly welcome. The villa is located in a perfect location in the Umbrian countryside, between Assisi, Perugia and other wonderful villages, such as Spello. The tranquility of the place is unparalleled and the opportunity to observe the stars at night, lying on the lawn, is a magical experience. It's also a great place to see the falling stars in August, and the view of Assisi at night is really special, adding a unique touch to the living room. Another great feature of the villa is the pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days. Enrico took care of the pool, cleaning it every day, which made everything even more pleasant and relaxing.

The villa was large and spotless. The pool and surrounding area was perfect for relaxing with beautiful views of the Italian countryside. Olimpia was very quick to reply to my messages.
