The communication and check-in went great. Very clean apartment, which is really cozy, as it comes across in the pictures. Very nice landlords and the perfect apartment for us.

The apartment is very neat and clean. The amenities are good. Everything works perfectly and is easy to use. I was a guest for 3 nights and attended a sculptor workshop in Kelze. The corresponding studio can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. I really enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I'd love to come back when I attend my next workshop.

We were there last year and wrote in our review that we would like to come back. And indeed - our second stay in Moringen is now over. We felt comfortable as the 1st time, everything is there what we needed, the apartment is small but nice, clean and modern. Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Irina and Carsten are very friendly and helpful hosts. The accommodation was perfect and the sauna was a highlight. In addition, we were given all the necessary information we needed for our stay. We felt very comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time. 5 stars!

The stay with Claudia and Martin (and Sam🐶) was simply wonderful for us! The clean and comfortable accommodation offers a fantastic view of the Edersee, offers peace, relaxation, but also good accessibility to great hiking trails and other beautiful activities in the fresh air. Our dear hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated people! We felt very comfortable! Thank you for the great time!

Super accommodation, quiet, clean, on foot Rewe, pharmacy and a nice Italian (Pippo) are accessible, so beautiful and relaxed for me that I almost preferred to keep it to myself as a secret tip... Thanks to the hostess! PS: Wifi also great, I was able to work super remotely!

Very kind host and beautiful home!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The accommodation was nice, clean and cozy, as in the pictures. The amenities were also great, nothing was missing. We had everything we could possibly need in everyday life, and I mean everything. You can cook and bake properly, the kitchen is equipped with a mixer, bowls, baking tins, pots and much more. We were able to enjoy the great view, which looks much better in real life than in the photos. I wanted to give extra praise for the bed linen, which was simply of hotel quality. If we had any questions, Heike was immediately there for us and was always nice, friendly and helpful. If I am in the area again, I will gladly rent Heike's accommodation again.

We had a wonderful family weekend at the Amtshof! The accommodation is actually even more beautiful than in the pictures - hard to believe, but true. Everything is furnished with incredible attention to detail and has been restored with great care. You can see at every turn how much effort the hosts put in to make you feel at home from the very first moment. Everything has really been thought of - we immediately felt completely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and offers a fantastic view while cooking. Beautiful walks through the fields start right at the front door - simply wonderful! An absolute dream of accommodation – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment was very clean and functional, yet cozy and modernly furnished. It had everything you need for a short vacation. Perfect location if you want to visit someone in the nearby spa clinics or explore the beautiful area. Downtown is a few minutes' walk away. We would book here again.

A great accommodation, great value for money. Great view Beautifully decorated and exactly as in the pictures. We spent a weekend here as a couple and it was very nice. If there is something to complain about, then it is only the loud noises from the trains, which pass quite close by.

Extraordinary place to stay for a few days. Thoughtful and stylish apartment with lots of space, great amenities and kind and responsive hosts. Warmly recommended!

Everything perfect. Parking spaces for the motorcycles in the garage were offered by the host on his own initiative. Very attentive.

Everything was great so far. It would only be nice if it is stated that the spa area costs extra,although the prices were also order. Maybe you can still separate the spa area for privacy. In the bedroom, a curtain would be nice to darken. I'd love to come back.

Niko's apartment is actually at least as beautiful as can be seen in the photos. Large, 3 bedrooms with a large veranda and direct access to the Weser. All appliances work, and everything you could want in the kitchen is also available. Questions are answered in the shortest possible time. If there is anything to improve, then the parking spaces could be better indicated.
