We were very comfortable at the place. Spacious and very fulfilled. Very well located TO visit Iparralde and very quiet. Very good attention from the host. Spotless kitchen and cooking utensils. Very useful Mosquitoes in all the chambres Only suggestion for improvement: We missed a couch

Wonderful month long stay at Madeleine's apartment in the heart of the Biarritz beach town. A view overlooking the beach, so I could check the waves before surfing each day. The location is incredible, within two minutes there are many restaurants, the supermarket, fresh food hall, the beach, tourist sites, bus, etc. The building is a beautiful Napoleon III epoch construction with high ceilings and lots of light comes in as does nice air circulation if you open the windows. I didn't use the loft for sleeping as the futon couch in the main space is super comfortable and large. The kitchen has all the essentials and the bathroom is full size. Additionally, the internet was fast and reliable, which was important as I was working a few hours per day. I would highly recommend the apartment, especially for an individual or a couple. It is a good value for location, size and comfort. Madeleine is lovely and personally greeted me upon arrival and departure. 5 Stars!

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

The minute i saw the view of the beach that was where we wanted to stay! It was perfect and close to restaurants. 5 was a late checkin but we made it work…took a later bus and had supper at a restaurant close by. As it turned out Maxime was able to let us in a wee bit earlier which we appreciated!! It was a great overnite stay and i would definitely stay there again!
