Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Away from the hustle and bustle, you will find your private realm in a quiet environment. You can work or relax in peace, walk, bike, meditate. A lake is 10 minutes away. The center of Magdeburg can be reached in about 20-25 minutes. The nearest shops are in Gommern (4 kilometers).

From a fully equipped Nobilia kitchen, washing machine, to an ironing board, everything is available. There is also free high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart hygiene concept. And, if something doesn't work as expected, I'll be there within 15 minutes, because I live just around the corner.
