Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bièvres

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Had a great visit. Marie-Hélène's welcome is warm and smiling. She is also attentive to your needs. The studio is modern and functional. Located in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect place to rest, especially when you come for work. A small outdoor terrace also allows you to enjoy the garden.

I loved this place! It was located in a very peaceful location but still had lots of restaurants near by and even a park to walk around. Definitely recommend!

Accommodation in a good location, quiet and close to a small supermarket, a bakery and a restaurant. The train station to Paris is close on foot. Functional accommodation and matches the description, good sleeping and Gildas left us enough coffee pods for our stay. I recommend

Just what we were looking for. A well connected place for four people near good restaurants

This is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Paris! It's a cozy apartment with a really comfortable bed and a charming balcony. Plus, having your own parking spot in the garage is a huge bonus. And it's all relatively close to the city center, just about a 20-minute drive away.

The apartment was very well equipped - and we were able to make a meal for our family staying in other accommodation. The instructions for recycling, Wi-Fi etc were useful. We were able to relax in the very comfortable lounge area.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in France. 10/10 highly recommend! 😊

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

It’s a nice and cozy place, just what I needed, I loved how equipped it was and clean, close by it there’s a lot of good places to eat specially that bakery that I think the name is Artisan Boulanger, I really liked it. In conclusion who ever is thinking on booking it please don’t hesitate and do it, it is worth it.
