Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bihorel

The apartment is large, tastefully decorated and very clean. It is located in the historical center in a new building with an elevator. There are very beautiful temples, a park, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around. We never once bought public transportation tickets to see the sights. The apartment is very comfortable for living: a nice bed, mattress, blanket and pillows. The kitchen has everything for cooking. You can easily wash and iron your clothes. If I have the opportunity to return to Rouen, I will stay there again.

Ideally located next to a bus station, a shopping center and an Intermarché. The accommodation is a perfect match, and all the amenities worked (except for a small problem with the sauna, quickly fixed by Anthony). Too bad there was a bit of a delay in responding by message (Anthony being in another time zone). In any case, great value for money, I can only recommend

We were looking for an overnight stay in Rouen. Valerie’s apartment was just what we wanted. Clean and modern apartment in a quiet gated block. Valerie recommended we head to the Place du Vieux-Marche for bars and restaurants. Lots of choice and just a few stops away on the metro. Ideal for our short stay. Would recommend

We liked this apartment and everything was as described. Checkin with friendly Antoin was very easy at 3:00, and he was available all afternoon and evening if we needed anything, because he works at the bar at the ground floor of the building. The location is in the center of the pedestrian district, close to everything we wanted to visit. There was noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but no traffic noise. With earplugs and the windows closed we had silence and no problems sleeping. Highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Close to all the sites and with many good places to eat nearby. All the facilties you could need. Stairs are wide and not too steep so the climb was no problem. Very clean and new fitout. Cool design elements and there is indeed a petit horloge. There's even a gorilla in the room! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Cedric's on a business trip. Cedric is very attentive to his guests and cares about their well-being. The apartment is spacious and very nice, located opposite the cathedral in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is however very quiet and everything is available on foot. The cross-ventilated apartment allows you to not be hot in case of heatwave. Tastefully decorated, I felt at home! There is no elevator but the stairwell is wide, no problem to unload luggage. There are parking spaces nearby, which is very convenient. Anyway, I'll be happy to come back! A big thank you to Cedric for his availability and warm welcome ☺️

Fantastic place to stay to springboard to an adventure in the glorious Rouen and beyond

Thibauld’s place was well described and clean. Beautiful location with a huge private space for relaxing and games. Interior space was perfect for 12 people (3 couples and 6 children) and dogs. Thibauld met us in person and was a great host. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely little well-equipped house in a quiet area 5 minutes from the city center. The stay was very pleasant thanks to Sophie's good advice.

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this place. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the jacuzzi to the pool, including the cleanliness and comfort of the premises. Sylvie was an exceptional host: welcoming, caring and of a rare sweetness. She did everything to make us feel comfortable, and that from our arrival. Everything was planned for the comfort of my 9-month-old twins as well as for my 8-year-old son. We leave with very nice memories and the desire to come back! Hello, we really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation, with the large garden and the possibility of easily going to the lake of the two lovers. The children played well with the dogs and tried the skatepark, which is accessible on foot along the Seine. Very good hospitality from Martine!

It looks like this place is coming out of a fairy tale. The owners are very welcoming and responsive.

Really nice apartment in a residential area it is very quiet with access to a pleasant garden area. It is clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The private parking right outside the door was also much appreciated. Steven and his wife were very friendly and responded really fast to questions. The transport links were easy to the main town with buses and a train station (Park & Ride) easy to get to. Small downside for us, there is another accommodation upstairs which we could hear noises from the guests upstairs but just only the first 2 nights of our stay.

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

Really nice place with great view on cathedral and Rolo’s statue. Perfect location, also you have free parking 400m away. If you are into history then beside fact that the building really old, the decors might be interesting to you as it includes replica of medieval helmet with nasal, sword and shield.

Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!

Great apartment, easy check in, great communication. Location good, 10min walk to the river, lots to do and plenty of great restaurants. 20min walk into the city. Parking is free on the nearby streets, we had to drive around a few times to find one. Apartment lovely and clean, everything you need.
