The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

Very nice cozy 1 room. Apartment in the heart of Bayreuth. By foot: 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to downtown The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is 35 m2 in size with a large living/sleeping area, a completely new kitchenette in the entrance area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a new tumble dryer and a washing machine. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung

Idyllically located and beautifully furnished penthouse apartment – ideal for two. Not only the house and yard dog Nemo greeted one very friendly, but the family is also very nice and helpful. You can relax in the apartment and on its balcony - between cattle and fallow deer - but also pursue various outdoor activities in fairytale nature in the surrounding area. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

It's an extremely good house and neighborhood. It was very peaceful and quiet. Transportation is very easy. The extra bed was a little uncomfortable, the shower area was a little troublesome due to the roof structure, but it was a very clean house. There was everything that was promised. We were quite satisfied.
