Monthly Rentals in Bivio di Capanelle

My family and I stayed at the villa for 4 days. Maria Laura welcomed us by showing us the house and recommending places to visit during the stay. She was welcoming and immediately available for any request. The house is beautiful, equipped with every comfort, clean and well heated. From the garden you can admire Monte Terminillo in all its glory. The area is well sheltered and quiet, ideal for a relaxing vacation. We felt right at home and hope to be back soon.

We were only staying for a short visit on our last day before we flew out of Rome., but the place and area was so nice we wish we could have stayed longer. Paolo was very welcoming and friendly. He booked us reservations at a local restaurant and allowed the kids to play on the property. The place was beautiful, clean and had all the ammenities one would need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we hope we can come back again in the future.

Top notch cleanliness and courtesy

We absolutely adored this house! Even though we only stayed for one night, we found ourselves wishing we could have stayed longer. It was spotless, fully equipped, and had a warm, cosy feel. Would happily stay here again!
