Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.
