Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

I närheten finns även Björlanda Kiles småbåtshamn med restaurang, padel och minigolfbanor. Med 10 min promenad tar ni er till busshållplatsen som tar er in till Centrala Göteborg. Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.

Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd. Hyr ej ut till gymnasieelever.

About 2 km to the sea and a small grocery store.
