The home is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and outfitted with every amenity one could need. Despite sharing the space with two cats and an adorable puppy, you’d never know it—the animals are kept in a separate, confined area, and not once did I see a trace of them near the guest room. The cleanliness is remarkable, and speaks to Caroline’s meticulous attention to detail. This stay exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, spotless, and welcoming place to stay—run, don’t walk, to book with Caroline. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend her home without hesitation. My second booking of this property. A great place to relax and reflect on the day all while dreaming further into the view of the Pikes Peak front Range, right off of my balcony. Perfect for me and my family. We can see Garden of the God's, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain, and even the snow caps of the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the south. We are close to everything! This is a safe, comfortable, and relaxing vacation spot.

We loved our stay here! Exactly as advertised in the listing. It is close to so many fantastic trailheads within 15 minutes of Manitou and Colorado Springs. Recommendations were provided for many fun activities within Green Mountain Falls and the surrounding areas! The owners were also very responsive and replied promptly. The only issue we ran into was a lack of an oven, but the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools we may have needed.

This was a beautiful condo to book! Biggest balcony and perfect view of the mountains. Hosts were very responsive and extremely kind. Condo is large, everything extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattresses and bedding were way more comfortable than a hotel. I would certainly stay here again.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

Very quiet location. Everything you need to relax and prepare meals. Kristi was very responsive to questions. I have family in the area, and the location was perfect for that. While it is close to shopping and restaurants, the condo itself is in a quiet area, and I felt very safe there. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would stay again should the need arise.

My family and I went to celebrate my first grandson’s high school graduation. There were nine of us and we loved our accommodations! There was so much room! It was spotless and our hosts were excellent! They were very clear with all their instructions and quickly responded to all of my requests! We were all very comfortable and all the kids thoroughly enjoyed all the different activities available…the adults also had lots of fun! Everything was so user friendly! Lorraine was the absolute best! From her responsiveness to my many questions to our week-long stay it was all perfect! This place was great worked super good as a base camp for us during our Spartan race weekend! Place was comfortable while stocked had a hot tub which was great! And the decor was fun! Would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in this area!
