Slept better than I do at home! Spotless bathroom - how lucky to be in a soft water area! I'll definitely book again if I visit.

Elizabeth was great as a host. We stayed for Lytham festival and shared the house with another guest also at the festival. No issues sharing and the other guests were great to share with. Very close to everything in Lytham. Elizabeth gave us some great suggestions for food & drink. The house is stunning. Elizabeth helped us secure parking right outside.

Alan was a really great host. He was helpful, chatty, friendly and very informative. Nothing was too much. Alan's place was really homely with lovely touches here and there. We had a fantastic night's sleep and the room was comfy and cosy. All in all, a fabulous stay and we would love to stay again in the future. 😊 Chelle & Andy Manchester

Just returned from a two night stay. Beautifully appointed house, great amenities and well within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the seafront. Gary and Dava sent recommendations for eating out and we certainly weren't disappointed! The house is a great space, enjoyed sitting in the garden and making use of the facilities. Both hosts were extremely responsive and we highly recommend the property to others. St Anne's is stunning and we were so happy to get such a fab place as this. Would love to return! 5* all round.

Recently stayed at Donna's house for a long weekend break, during which, we went to Lytham Festival. Donna is a great host, really responsive to all communications and very helpful with any queries I had. Donna met us at the house to show us how things worked and to give us the key box code. The house is immaculate, beds are comfortable, spacious living and dining area, the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bar are a fantastic bonus. The house is situated in a quiet avenue with nice neighbours who were chatty and friendly. We didn't get round to using the BBQ but it's a decent sized one. Bring a spare towel for the hot tub (but Donna supplies the bathroom towels). Remember to ask how to light the fire pit, we didn't, but Donna does share her phone number with you so you can ask her anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable, and very handy to have everything we needed especially cot, high chair etc with small kiddos. the garden is safe and accessible for the little ones and has lovely views and fantastic hot tub! Jayne was in regular contact and very responsive- not that we had any issues!

Great place, very quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable. We stayed whilst going to a family wedding in the area. We would definitely recommend the place and stay again if we visit the area.

Beautiful location with stunning views over the countryside. Comfortable furnishings and relaxing place to rest our heads as we spent most of our days out and about for work. Colin was very responsive to messages and very helpful, before and during our stay. A great base to explore the local area.

A lovely loft - perfect and just what we needed for our 2 day mini-break. The loft was much bigger than we anticipated so that was a lovely surprise. The little touches were great too - fresh towels, milk, butter, instructions for the hot tub, even some jigsaws for the rainy afternoon. Everything we needed. The outdoor space was so peaceful. Even though we were on the farm’s property, we felt right at home, comfortable and had the privacy we wanted. The neighbours were adorable - cows and their calves! The outdoor space was secure for our two dogs. Plenty of room for them to stretch their legs and play on the grass. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in the lovely highland cow bothy for two nights. The hottub was ready for our arrival, the view was perfect and it was very peaceful. The cabin was clean and spacious with a good hot shower. We ordered the birthday package and the cupcakes were incredible! Would recommend this Airbnb as a perfect, peaceful retreat. The host was responsive and helpful.

Had an amazing stay at the pod! The place was spotless when we arrived, very private and peaceful. Can’t express how nice the pods are will defiantly book again but for a full weekend

Absolutely loved our stay here the night after we got married, was the perfect place to celebrate just the two of us ❤️ we loved it that much we’ve already booked to try one of the other lodges on our 1st wedding anniversary!

The lodge was in a beautiful location over looking the lake. It instantly felt so homely and was well equipped with everything you’d need and more; down to the paddle boards and life jackets Charlotte allows guests to use on their stay. Charlotte was a fantastic host and send me a lengthy email weeks before hand with useful information. great tips, places to visit and more. I would definitely love to return to the lodge again soon.

Me and my husband stayed here for our baby moon and it couldn’t be a better location. It was so peaceful and exactly what we needed. Laura was very attentive and friendly too, which helped. Hoping to return once our baby arrives for a slice of tranquility!

The boat house was a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings! Adam was a great host and his responsiveness to messages was spot on. We loved the fact we could bob along the lake on a Pedlo at no extra cost! We will DEFINITELY be staying again soon.
