We had a great stay with great weather. The accommodation is very well equipped and very close to the center. Note the calm and the small terrace which are a plus.

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

We loved staying here! It was very convenient location and the place was very clean and private.

Quiet, extremely nicely furnished, comfortable stay in a good location a couple of minutes walk from the centre. Hand towels are not normally provided, but were provided (of sorts) when requested. Good washing machine and dryer but remember to bring your own washing powder. Bring your own shampoo too. The Wifi connection is open and unsecured.

Great stay at Karine's! The apartment is even better than in the photos, a real little cocoon ideally located to visit Deauville. Being able to park for free at the foot of the building is very appreciable! The apartment is very well equipped, smells good, the bedding is excellent and we really enjoyed Karine's little touches. She was also an extra host: responsive, accommodating, very kind. We will gladly come back and recommend this Airbnb! See 🤗 you soon!

The house is simply perfect, the games inside and outside made our children happy. The house was clean and perfectly tidy. All amenities were functional. This is a beautiful home in a quiet and picturesque part of Normandy. This large holiday home is ideal for a large family with 2 en suite bedrooms and a spacious dining/living area. The property is within a group of approximately 6 large private holiday homes with their own private gardens. The horse paddock in the centre is a focal point with well kept, gentle horses. The communal swimming pool is well maintained and warm and the whole family enjoyed it. Elie was attentive and helpful and on site if needed. We met Isabelle on leaving who was gracious and lovely. A lot of thought has gone into this home. Our family had a wonderful stay. This area is remote but towns and various sightseeing is all within 30-60 mins drive. I would recommend to any family that want a quiet getaway. Thanks Elie and Isabelle.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Lovely place in a great location, quiet but only 2 minute walk to village centre where there’s plenty of shops and restaurants etc. Nice enclosed garden with lockable gate and reserved parking place just outside the gate. Brill!

A true haven of peace! The accommodation is quiet and soothing, ideal for recharging. The sauna and spa bath offer a moment of absolute relaxation. A big thank you to Julien and Benoît for their clear explanations and responsiveness. We will definitely come back for another relaxing weekend!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is as advertised, clean, functional and super well located - ideal for a family stay (we were with two small children).

We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

Very well located bright and cozy apartment with small balcony and ultra convenient parking location Vincent was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times his qualifier as a great host is quite deserved I recommend it without hesitation!!
