All of the rooms in the cottage are newly renovated with care to preserve the feeling of this soldier cottage from the 18th century. There are 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fishing is available as you have access to a boat about 1.5 km from the cabin.

If you come with children, they are welcome to jump in the trampoline or play in the garden. This cottage is located next to Klappasjön in the middle of the Småland forests, about 30 minutes outside Jönköping. You will find your own jetty with a boat 100 meters through the forest from the cottage. A 3-minute walk away, you also have a beautiful public swimming area with a summer café. About 4 km from the cottage, there is a grocery store, pizzeria and train station.
