Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. On the edge of Szczecin Lagoon surrounded by Wolin Park, admire the beautiful sunsets after a lazy day on the beach. Or alternatively hike through the park or take advantage of the many bicycle trails. The house is about 2m from the beach so a dip in the lake is easy at any time, in front of the house is a small garden packed with herbs, tomatoes and strawberries which gusts can help themselves to season permitting obviously.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.

A very old timber Frame house with plenty of character located in the heart of the picturesque Village of Boitzenburg Cosy 1st floor flat with 3 bedrooms and balcony. Please be aware that in the sometimes long winter months only Wood burners provide heat. Wood briketts are here and my only extra cost. A small Garden
