The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

Découvrez ce cocon de 24 m², rénové en 2024 dans une ambiance chaleureuse et inspirée de la forêt : tableaux de paysages locaux, touches de vert, canapé jaune, etc. Situé au 1er étage d'une résidence, l’appartement offre une jolie vue sur les Pyrénées après une montée d’environ cent marches. La forêt est juste derrière : un petit sentier mène directement aux chemins de randonnée. Idéal pour 1 ou 2 voyageurs cherchant nature, authenticité et accès rapide aux pistes (à 5 min à pied).

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Completely renovated "chalet spirit", very functional apartment T2 mansard, located in the residence "Les Gentianes" in Bolquère/ Pyrenees 2000, at the foot of the ski slopes (50 m) and hiking trails. Its proximity to the start of the slopes, ski school, all entertainment, children's play park and shops is appreciated. On the 4th floor, rooftop, with an elevator. Secure ski locker on the ground floor and large parking (not private) at the foot of the residence.

The Chalet des Belettes

Beautiful 24 m2 half chalet with 7 m2 terrace located in a splendid grove. Ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. Please note, 2 night minimum rental. Well-equipped, our concierge will welcome you as they should! Everything is a 2-min walk, bowling alley, bar, games room, restaurant, supermarket and 400 m from the ski slopes! There are also many walking or cycling trails! The chalet is very pleasant to spend good times with the family. We're waiting for you!

Le Pitchoun

Le Pitchoun is a small but functional apartment that will be your cocoon during your stay in the mountains. It has a children's cabin with 80x180 bunk beds, a bathroom with toilet and a living room with kitchenette and 140x200 sofa bed. Le Pitchoun is located at the foot of the slopes, in a residence with small parking and ski locker On the 2nd floor (no elevator), it offers from its balcony a superb view of the Catalan mountains and the ski slopes.

The functional accommodation can accommodate 5 adults (1 double bed and 3 single beds) and 1 toddler (chair bed = mattress on the floor, + baby cot) + 1 Folding Stroller + 1 Baby High Chair The apartment is located at the foot of the slopes of the Pyrénées 2000 resort (2-minute walk), and in front of a playground.
