The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The accommodation, for up to 4 people (adults, children or baby), will occupy the ground floor of the chalet. Cute, bright, it's waiting for you! Very well equipped (Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, iron, raclette service, fondue service...), it has a pleasant outdoor area and a beautiful view of the mountains. It will be the perfect base from which to discover our beautiful region. In winter, a free shuttle bus that passes 50 m from the chalet will allow you to reach the station.
