2 Rooms w/double bed; 1 with its own bathroom (shower) and the other one shared. Guests get breakfast and access to a living room (guests only) w/TV and computer, and full access to garden. Parking. Also in the same house: 2 rooms w/double bed and 1 with twin beds, shown in separate adds, but we don't mix groups. If you reserve just one room, the whole house is at your disposal, and no one else will be there. Rooms can be locked and, of course there is hot water. Airbnb's add says the opposite.

Somewhat old but warm decor. Apartment F3, with balcony and underground garage closed. Two bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine) Breathtaking views of the mountains. Tracks 2.5 km by car, free shuttle at 100 m, possibility to ski down the slopes at the foot of the building(if snowy path). Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet.
