Newly remodeled, comfortable studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Boone. There is a separate parking area and private entrance to the apartment. You can sit outside on the porch and hear the creek, but are still only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. The apartment has a queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker.

Crystal clean, quiet and serene. Their furnishings and decor are modern and stylish with a cozy, home feel and their hospitality surpasses that of any other host we've stayed with, yet completely respectful of your space - the perfect balance. Great selection of snacks, teas and coffee and plenty of knowledge of the surrounding area to help with recommendations for hikes, meals, and day trips. Cannot say enough good things about them or their divine retreat in downtown.”

“This is our second time staying here and we never want to leave! We have already booked more trips and we look forward to returning soon! We love that the tiny house is so close to campus as well as Blowing Rock. Both nights we picked up dinner so we could be in the house and enjoy the coziness of it. Katherine, even though we haven’t met her yet, is an amazing host! She checked to make sure everything was okay or I’d we needed anything! Love this space and look forward to being back soon!!!”

“I had an absolutely amazing time at the Canary Cottage. Everything we needed was there and Janet was super easy to reach if we had questions. It's located in a very nice, central area that doesn't feel too busy. The house was thoughtfully decorated and curated for comfort and style. Our bedroom upstairs was very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice to prepare meals in!”
