La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. We are located in the green heart of Umbria in an area completely surrounded by greenery, quiet and away from the noise. Spoleto is only 5 minutes away by car, Assisi 45 minutes, Perugia 1 hour. In our area you can find groceries, bars, pharmacies, distributors, and shops. We offer a double room plus another room with a single bed for a total of 3 beds with a kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Gli appartamenti Spello House sono luminosissimi, si trovano in uno storico palazzo medievale che per secoli fu il confine del terziere come testimonia ancor oggi l’autentica catena appesa alle mura che divideva gli antichi quartieri. Esso si trova appena dentro la porta Consolare ad un passo dalla Villa romana Sant’Anna di recente ritrovamento, e a 50 metri dal parcheggio a pagamento solo nelle ore diurne.
