This apartament was part of a big property own by my family for generations, them started with a little touristic business 100 years ago and now I want to share again this space with you with the same intention. Our position is perfect to enjoy the neighborhood, the mountains or the near city of Florence.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service.
