We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

On the 2nd floor of a 2024 completely newly built listed barn is our 120sqm apartment. It can accommodate up to 8 people (3 bedrooms). In the courtyard there is a free parking lot. Through a spacious staircase with elevator, the apartment can be reached for everyone.
