On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein. Achtung interessant: es finden z.Zt. Bauarbeiten statt!

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. At low tide there is the possibility of extensive hikes as at the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping at 6-8 km distance.
