100/10 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely recommend this property- it was better than perfect. Elodie and Odile were friendly, helpful and fantastic hosts. The apartment is better than I had expected- even more beautiful and spacious than the photographs show! It is so central, a five minute walk from all the main amenities. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you might need. There is no lift on the property, but it is only on the second floor, and the stairs are steep but manageable. I would visit Carcassonne again just to stay in this AirBnB, the apartment was a holiday in itself!! My partner and I truly cannot recommend it enough, we will definitely stay again!!!

This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at and I mean it. I was so surprised at how wonderful everything was and far beyond any expectations I had. The space was amazing. Fred and Delf have put a lot of dedication and hard work into renovating this historical building and making it comfortable for guests. The building itself is beautiful and historical. Also the views of the gardens and castle are amazing! Carcassonne is also such a beautiful and charming town I plan to vome back to. Fred and Delf were just extremely kind in an autgentic way. They were very friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed and enjoying the stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Carcassonne. It truly was a great experience.

Very clean accommodation with excellent bedding, completely redone, well-equipped and comfortable. Castelnaudary is a city on the decline and the environment of the apartment is a bit "tristounet" but this is, in my opinion, the general atmosphere of the city. The living room overlooks the Rue de Dunkirk which is quite busy but the bedrooms on the back (garden side) pleasant and quiet, so no noise disturbance at night. Bakeries are 5 mins away and 2 restaurants are 2 mins away. Easy parking in front of the apartment. Access by a key box with very precise explanations: Ras. I really recommend this place on Castelnaudary.

Beautiful studio. Everything was very clean. the terrace and garden is a plus. Very quiet Anemone is a simple and pleasant host.

The stay was great, the apartment was very good..good location 10' de la Cité i from the center of Carcassonne, Lain pending sending messages recommended restaurants.. and "Brasserie le 4 temps" Estrella Michelin..tremendous .. and more than reasonable price..worth it.. I recommend it...no doubt

Very good stay for our family of 4 in Sophie's cottage, who is very attentive to hosting her guests! The kids loved the pool and garden and the little bike ride along the canal with the bikes provided. The cottage itself is pleasant and everything is well thought out for a pleasant stay. We had a great stay at Frederic's, very comfortable accommodation, clean, quiet and very well located to discover the region by bike along the canal... A generous host wine, tea, coffee, butter, preserves, juice, water etc. in the fridge, luxury fluffy towels, jacuzzi lovely and hot. The home smelt clean and fresh, it had everything we could have possible needed from robes to corkscrew, hairdryer to first aid, air conditioning to heating. The outside space was well equipped and private. Just a brief walk up to the old city and a great deli style shop close by for morning bread etc. It was a perfect place to stay.

A very pleasant stay with our host Dany, nothing fell short of our expectations. We love this place above the river, close to the Montagne Noire where we have been coming every year for 13 years. This 16th century home in a little village in the south of France, nestled amongst vineyards, is a real gem. Lots of opportunity to experience local life, walk in the countryside and explore other local villages. It is absolutely perfect for individuals looking for a quiet restorative holiday that includes visiting local wineries. Lizzie is an exceptional host. She provides lots of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. she rapidly responds to questions and does everything she can to make your stay memorable.

We had a wonderful time here! The house is a real feel-good place – perfect for switching off, feeling at home and recharging your batteries. It is furnished with great attention to detail, very well maintained and is located in a fantastic environment. We were particularly impressed by the excellently equipped kitchen and the thoughtful details in the wardrobe and bathroom - nothing was really missing. The outdoor area is also beautifully designed: a wonderful place to relax with a spacious terrace and a large, shared pool that is very clean. We also loved that Jan made the garage available to us for our motorcycles. But there is also a large parking lot for cars and trailers. Anne-Marie and Jan are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and full of good tips for excursions and restaurants! Thank you both! We would recommend the place at any time and would love to come back.

Very nice comfortable cottage, with the character of the old. The outdoor area is nice with access to the pool, very large and clean, and a barbecue. I had a great week with my friends.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days with Bart & Anjo. An excellent apartment with everything you need. Especially a very well equipped kitchen. There’s lots to do in this very lovely regions, well worth a visit. Some big tourist attractions but equally we spent a couple of days on a mystery tour, always good fun and great to sample local life. Thank you for your hospitality, perfect.

Both Marc and his wife is very pleasant and kind people, welcome was warm! The apartment is very spacious and tidy and clean, everything is in order and arranged to the last detail. The shop next door and a bakery within walking distance is very practical. Going on vacation should always be carefree, so this is definitely the case here!!

Lovely quiet spot, within easy driving of lots of historic sites and the beach (50 mins approx), public tennis court in Ferrals de Corbieres (10 mins) - if you are feeling energetic. It's great to have access to the pool and barbeque area for days when you just want to hang out. There are nice walks around Moux itself. The Mansenoble wines (red only) are definitely worth trying, too.

The chateaux preserves the original features, with a huge room, well decorated and full kitchen. The garden is pleasant with easy parking on both access streets. Excellent bakery just steps away from the chateaux. I intend to return to enjoy the wonderful Tuesday fair. The region is very beautiful, especially Minerve and Canal du Midi. I loved cycling around the area. Chateaux is beautiful! Thank you for everything!
