Appartement très bien équipé, lit très confortable, salle de bain dans la chambre,douche à l'italienne, télévision 50 pouces connectée, cafetière expresso et cafetière filtre, Lave linge/sèche linge, deux places de parking privées,dont une en sous-sol. Dimitri très réactif.Tout était parfait, nous recommandons cette location.

100/10 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely recommend this property- it was better than perfect. Elodie and Odile were friendly, helpful and fantastic hosts. The apartment is better than I had expected- even more beautiful and spacious than the photographs show! It is so central, a five minute walk from all the main amenities. The kitchen is spotless and has everything you might need. There is no lift on the property, but it is only on the second floor, and the stairs are steep but manageable. I would visit Carcassonne again just to stay in this AirBnB, the apartment was a holiday in itself!! My partner and I truly cannot recommend it enough, we will definitely stay again!!!

Logement conforme à la description. Il est assez grand avec une terrasse abritée. On y est très bien le logement dispose de 4 lits simples. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Merci à Gerri

This is probably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at and I mean it. I was so surprised at how wonderful everything was and far beyond any expectations I had. The space was amazing. Fred and Delf have put a lot of dedication and hard work into renovating this historical building and making it comfortable for guests. The building itself is beautiful and historical. Also the views of the gardens and castle are amazing! Carcassonne is also such a beautiful and charming town I plan to vome back to. Fred and Delf were just extremely kind in an autgentic way. They were very friendly, and always made sure I had everything I needed and enjoying the stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Carcassonne. It truly was a great experience.

Logement très propre avec une excellente literie, entièrement refait, bien équipé et confortable. Castelnaudary est une ville sur le déclin et l'environnement de l'appartement est un peu "tristounet" mais c'est, à mon avis, l'atmosphère générale de la ville. Le salon donne sur la rue de dunkerque qui est assez passante mais les chambres sur l'arrière (coté jardin) agréable et silencieux, donc aucune nuisance sonore la nuit. Les boulangeries sont à 5 minutes et 2 restaurants à 2 minutes. Parking facile en face de l'appartement. Accès par une boite à clés avec des explications très précises : RAS. Je recommande vraiment ce logement sur Castelnaudary.

Hayet a été une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours disponible et attentive tout au long de notre séjour. Son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse ont vraiment fait la différence. Merci encore pour tout !

A generous host wine, tea, coffee, butter, preserves, juice, water etc. in the fridge, luxury fluffy towels, jacuzzi lovely and hot. The home smelt clean and fresh, it had everything we could have possible needed from robes to corkscrew, hairdryer to first aid, air conditioning to heating. The outside space was well equipped and private. Just a brief walk up to the old city and a great deli style shop close by for morning bread etc. It was a perfect place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Très bon séjour à Ospariegeois : la location est conforme à l'annonce, l'endroit très calme et agréable, le spa sans vis à vis était un vrai plus. Seul petit bémol pour la qualité et quantité du petit déjeuner vraiment très basique (à part les confitures très bonnes). L accès et les indications étaient parfaits, vraiment une belle expérience

Un séjour très agréable chez notre hôte Dany, rien ne manquait à nos attentes. Nous aimons beaucoup ce lieu au dessus de la rivière, proche de la Montagne Noire où nous venons maintenant chaque année depuis 13 ans. La saison était propice à la cueillette des champignons et aux châtaignes. Nous aurons grand plaisir à y revenir. Mr et Mme Garcia

Lots of opportunity to experience local life, walk in the countryside and explore other local villages. It is absolutely perfect for individuals looking for a quiet restorative holiday that includes visiting local wineries. Lizzie is an exceptional host. She provides lots of information on things to do, places to eat, etc. she rapidly responds to questions and does everything she can to make your stay memorable.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier! Das Haus ist ein echter Wohlfühlort – perfekt, um abzuschalten, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen und neue Energie zu tanken. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche sowie den durchdachten Details bei Kleiderschrank und Bad – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet: ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen mit großzügiger Terrasse und einem großen, gemeinschaftlich genutzten Pool, der sehr sauber ist. Toll fanden wir auch, dass Jan uns die Garage für unsere Motorräder zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Es gibt aber auch einen großen Parkplatz für Autos und Anhänger. Anne-Marie und Jan sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und voller guter Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants! Vielen Dank euch beiden! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Caroline a été une hôte très sympathique et a su s'adapter notre demande spécifique. L'appartement est bien situé dans Rennes les bains qui est un charmant village. La seule difficulté pour nous a été les marches pour accéder au logement car nous avions une poussette pour notre bébé. Néanmoins, une fois dans l'appartement on était très bien. Le logement était joliment décoré et fonctionnel.

Très joli gîte confortable, avec le cachet de l'ancien. L'espace extérieur est agréable avec un accès à la piscine, très grande et propre, et un barbecue. J'ai passé une super semaine avec mes amis.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days with Bart & Anjo. An excellent apartment with everything you need. Especially a very well equipped kitchen. There’s lots to do in this very lovely regions, well worth a visit. Some big tourist attractions but equally we spent a couple of days on a mystery tour, always good fun and great to sample local life. Thank you for your hospitality, perfect.

Buen alojamiento, acogedor y tranquilo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, al igual que el salón. Está a pocos minutos del centro, por lo que no hay nada de ruido durante la noche. Alla es buena anfitriona, nos permitió entrar antes de la hora acordada, y nos ayudó con algún pequeño problema que tuvimos. Contesta muy rápido a los mensajes y también por llamada. Hemos estado muy bien durante estos 4 días.

Beide Marc en zijn vrouw zijn zeer aangename en vriendelijke mensen, ontvangst was hartelijk! Het appartement is zeer ruim en netjes en proper, alles is tot in de puntjes in orde en geregeld. De winkel naast de deur en een bakker op wandelafstand is zeer praktisch. Op vakantie gaan zou steeds moeten zorgeloos verlopen en dit is hier dus zeker het geval!!
