Das Haus ist der Prototyp des Architektur- und Design-Startups SYNDIKAT:WALDEN mit Sitz in Wien, Hamburg und bis zuletzt eben auch hier in Boll. Das Haus stellt eine Neuinterpretation des traditionellen hölzernen Schwarzwaldschopfes dar und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail entworfen und umgesetzt. Zum Einsatz kamen ausschließlich natürliche Werkstoffe.

Towels and linens are provided once a week. Well socialized and well behaved dogs are welcome. Garden use is possible by arrangement.
