Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Brazos River

My husband and I loved this apartment! The hot tub was perfect after a full day of activities around town. After a horrible nights sleep at a resort the previous night we slept like babies in this bed. Mattress was soft and the area was very quiet. We couldn’t even hear our neighbors next to us. If you don’t like super soft pillows I suggest you bring your own though (we did). Place was super clean and my favorite part was the shower, perfect temperature and water pressure. The host was extremely prompt in responses and made sure to check in to make sure everything was to our liking. Rent this Airbnb now! You won’t regret it. If we make our way back to Fredericksburg we will most definitely book again.

Great place for family to rest for one night!

Katherine’s place was AMAZING. I am booking again next month! She went above and beyond for my sister’s birthday! I can’t thank her enough! I recommend staying at any of her places! Plus, it’s clean and quiet!!

Everything was great, a tad smaller than I anticipated and the bed was not very comfortable, but the location was nice and everything was clean. Perfect for 1 person staying in the area for a few days

I cannot say enough about this home and Joseph's hospitality! Let me first say that his customer service is top tier and everything that you hope for in an Airbnb experience! From check-in, to freezing temperature preparations, to check-out, Joseph's communication was A-1! The home is EXACTLY as pictured, with every detail carefully planned for short or long term stays!!! Very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing furniture, premium kitchenware fit for a family, and all the amenities needed for a stay that feels like the warmth of your own home. BEAUTIFUL decor, and very modern/chic with thoughtfully planned appliances and furniture placement!!!! I will gladly reserve this space again and again, and recommend to anyone that appreciates modern flare and attention to detail. Thank you Joseph for EVERYTHING!

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. House is very clean, linens and towels were top of the line. Bed was so comfortable! We didn't use the pool or hot tub as weather was cool, but they were beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside at the fire table. Our pups enjoyed the fully fenced in yard, and the front courtyard. The kitchen is fully stocked, couldn't ask for anything better. This place is very charming, and you feel right at home. Would highly recommend, we will be coming back!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Surfside Beach! The location couldn't be better—just steps from the water, which made it so easy to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The house itself was super clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator was a huge plus for me, as I’m disabled and can’t climb stairs—it made the entire home accessible and stress-free. One of the highlights was the golf cart, which made getting around the area so convenient and fun. And to top it off, right across the street were a coffee truck, a daiquiri truck, and a sno cone truck—such a great treat, especially for the kids (and the adults too!). Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape with all the right touches. We’ll definitely be back! 🌊☀️🏖️

The place was perfect for us. There were 3 couples and 2 kids, so it was a good setup with the 4 bedrooms. The only change would be for another king size bed in one of the rooms, instead of a queen. And the fans in the bedrooms aren't very fast and don't move much air, but we found a box fan that saved the day! It really had everything we needed for a great stay. There were deer everywhere, which was very cool!!

The place was really nice. It had plenty of kitchen amenities, a really nice grill, and some nice floats and water toys in the boathouse.

This was our second time staying at Missy’s home and, again, we loved our stay! Missy is fantastic with communication and is so thoughtful and kind. She went above and beyond to welcome us back with some extras, that made our day, after many hours of traveling. Missy’s home is beautiful, clean, and has every amenity you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the backyard/pool area with family and played many of the card and board games that were provided. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have a fun time! There’s so much to do in San Antonio and Missy’s house was close to everything. We were only 10-15 minutes from SeaWorld and from downtown and the river walk. We definitely recommend taking the river boat cruise! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Missy and her beautiful home and hope to be back again!

This place is like a well-curated museum that you get to spend the night in! The location was great for us so we could be close to our daughter who is attending UTSW. Everything is very well labeled and good instructions are provided. If you want to take a step back into the 60's this is your place!

The Hen House is such a comfortable home and Georgia is an excellent host. It was our second stay there and both times were great.

We enjoyed this very cozy beautiful comfortable private ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable time away but still close to all you need!

The only negative I can say about it is that the street between the condo unit and the beach is quite busy and noisy, but we knew the street was there from the pictures so we weren’t surprised.

We really enjoyed our stay for nearly a month. We reached out when we couldn’t find something, and received an immediate response with instructions (our oversight entirely). Apart from that, we just relaxed and used the clean and well kept space like home. It was wonderful, and we will absolutely be back.

Couldn't ask for a better host than Quinn. Great location. Not counting traffic depending on the event, a 10 minute drive to AT&T Stadium. Place was clean and had tons of amenities which we did not necessarily need, but was a nice surprise. Only down-side was that it was a third floor and my wife has mobility issues, but the unit was near the stairwell and close to parking. Also, Quinn was nice enough to help with a suitcase on check-in, was super responsive, and lots of other small gestures, so it was definitely still 5 Stars from us and we are Superhosts ourselves.

Simple "homey", safe, and clean place to stay. Great location if you plan to float the comal, as this property is just about as high up as you can get for the longest float. Nice mellow walk to center of town for shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with essential tools and utensils for cooking. Would stay again if we have a chance to return to New Braunfels.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed all the amenities. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the experience was both relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to others!

The condo is a 2-3 minute walk to Rainey St. Royal blue grocery is a short walk, the cafe down stairs is also convenient. If you want a breakfast bite or sandwich, coffee or COCKTAILS, press the button and your there:) The condo was clean, lots of towels. Very convenient and comfortable condo. Pool on the rooftop has amazing views with outdoor seating, perfect to enjoy a cocktail. The hosts are quick to respond and help in any way they can. I 100% recommend this place. I would definitely recommend having some delicious donuts from “Little Lucy’s” they are amazing donuts and you can order a dipping sauce. I usually get the maple bacon with caramel sauce.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff was rly nice from the check in to valet to cafe. The pool was gorgeous and it’s Austin so people are really friendly. I walked to the Blue Royal and I think it was like 7 mins- can’t remember. But they were nice there too. I just recommend bringing an extra toilet paper, paper towel and a laundry pod or 2 cause groceries can be a lil more pricey in the area.

This place was absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t even compare to how amazing this place looks in person! Super homey, comfy, and local to everything! 10/10 recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here! Thank you to the host for doing an amazing job!
